Maya Font, MS, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant with a strong foundation in medical science and a special interest in dermatology. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Delaware, earning a degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Spanish for Healthcare, gaining valuable insight into both the clinical and cultural aspects of medicine.
She went on to earn her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM), where she received extensive training in all areas of medicine. During her clinical rotations, she developed a particular passion for dermatology, drawn to the specialty’s blend of medical knowledge, problem-solving, and its impact on patients’ confidence and quality of life.
Maya believes in building strong, trusting relationships with her patients. She values open communication and takes the time to educate individuals about their skin health, treatment options, and preventive care. Her approach emphasizes evidence-based medicine delivered with compassion and attentiveness, ensuring patients feel heard, understood, and supported.
Outside of clinical practice, Maya enjoys staying active, spending time outdoors, and continuing her education to remain current with advances in dermatologic care and treatment options. She is dedicated to helping patients of all ages achieve and maintain healthy, radiant skin.
